Job Overview – Client Service Representative (Hybrid):
Become part of our client’s Boston, MA team as a Client Service Representative. In this temporary role, you will manage assigned client relationships with a focus on fund accounting, administration, and custody, ensuring proactive solutions and high client satisfaction.
Compensation: $24/hour
Location: Boston, MA
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Responsibilities as the Client Service Representative:
- Client Management: Address and resolve day-to-day client inquiries, escalating issues when needed.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams to resolve client issues and meet deliverables.
- Communication: Keep clients updated on inquiry statuses and share insights on trends to improve processes.
- Reporting: Execute reviews of client reporting and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and escalating issues as necessary.
- Training: Conduct client training sessions to teach them how to utilize internal systems and reduce manual intervention.
Qualifications for the Client Service Representative:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
- Experience: Prior experience in Client Service or a related Financial Services role preferred.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Technology: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and systems.
