Job Overview – Client Service Associate (Financial Services):
Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000/year + bonus

Schedule: Monday to Friday (In-Office)
Support a dynamic financial advisory team as a Client Service Associate (Financial Services) with our client in Raleigh, NC. In this in-office role, you’ll manage onboarding, account servicing, and client requests across investment, banking, and insurance platforms. Ideal for licensed professionals with strong organizational skills and a client-first mindset, this position offers valuable exposure to full-spectrum wealth management.
Responsibilities as the Client Service Associate:
- Client Support & Communication: Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, delivering prompt and professional service.
- Account Administration: Handle documentation and servicing tasks including new accounts, transfers, and beneficiary updates.
- Transaction Processing: Support money movements, distributions, and trade execution with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Internal Collaboration: Partner with advisors and operations teams to ensure a seamless and consistent client experience.
- Compliance & Onboarding: Maintain accurate records, assist with onboarding, and ensure proper completion of regulatory forms.
Qualifications for the Client Service Associate:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years in financial services or client support, ideally within a wealth management or advisor-facing environment.
- Licensure: FINRA Series 7, Series 66, and Life & Health Insurance licenses preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and experience with CRM systems and custodian platforms such as Schwab or Fidelity is preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Working knowledge of investment products, account types (IRAs, trusts, brokerage), and insurance services.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills with a proactive mindset and ability to stay composed under pressure.
