Atlantic Group is hiring a Client Operations Analyst (Investment Operations) in New York, NY (Hybrid) with our client, a leading investment firm. In this role, you’ll support high-net-worth portfolios through onboarding, cash management, and regulatory compliance. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and custodians to ensure accurate processing, timely reporting, and seamless client service. Ideal for candidates with experience in wealth management, investment operations, or fund administration.
Responsibilities as the Client Operations Analyst:
- Client Onboarding: Manage account openings, transfers, and subscription documentation, ensuring accurate and compliant setup for new clients.
- Operational Execution: Oversee daily money movements, wires, and investment operations with precision and adherence to deadlines.
- Cash & Data Management: Monitor cash activity, reconcile accounts, and maintain centralized client records for accurate reporting.
- AML/KYC Compliance: Support anti-money laundering and Know Your Customer reviews for private investments, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and custodians to improve workflows and resolve operational inquiries.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance systems, automate workflows, and strengthen client operations efficiency.
Qualifications for the Client Operations Analyst:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
- Experience: 2-4 years in wealth management, investment operations, or fund administration, supporting high-net-worth or institutional clients.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and portfolio management systems such as Advent or Enfusion, with experience in CRM or workflow tools preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of onboarding, cash management, subscription/redemption processing, and AML/KYC compliance within financial services.
- Skills & Attributes: Detail-oriented and organized professional with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
