Job Overview – Analyst (Investor Relations):
Step into a key role with our client as an Analyst (Investor Relations) in New York, NY. This hybrid position offers an opportunity to manage investor data, enhance reporting efficiencies, and support client engagement strategies. You will play a critical role in maintaining the CRM system (Backstop), managing investor communications, and ensuring compliance while working closely with senior leadership on investor relations initiatives.
Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000/year + bonus
Location: New York, NY
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Responsibilities as the Analyst (Investor Relations):
- CRM Management: Maintain and update Backstop CRM with accurate investor data, balances, and cash flows.
- Investor Relations Support: Assist in investor communications, reporting enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
- Data Management & Reporting: Oversee firm and fund data across industry and consultant databases.
- Marketing & Compliance Tracking: Manage logs for marketing materials, communications, and regulatory compliance.
- Process Improvement: Develop reporting methods and optimize investor relations workflows.
Qualifications for the Analyst (Investor Relations):
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field required.
- Experience: 1-4 years of client services experience within a fund, fund administration, or financial services firm.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems, preferably Backstop, and data management tools, with exposure to credit products considered a plus.
- Skills & Attributes: Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized, with strong problem-solving and communication skills for effective investor and team interactions.
