Job Overview – Accountant
We’re seeking an Accountant to join our public accounting firm client. As an integral part of their team, you’ll work with diverse clients across various industries in the Mid-Atlantic region. Compensation: $60,000.00 – $85,000.00 + bonus
Location: New Castle County, DE – Onsite
Responsibilities of the Accountant include:
- Perform audits, reviews, compilations, and special projects for diverse business entities.
- Provide valuable consultation on accounting processes and procedures to clients and senior staff.
- Prepare federal and multi-state tax returns for individual, partnership, and corporate entities.
- Pursue opportunities for continuous self-development and skill enhancement.
- Collaborate closely with clients and management to ensure effective service delivery.
Qualifications of the Accountant include:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting from an accredited college or university.
- Possession of a Delaware CPA permit to practice (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum two years of audit and accounting experience in a CPA firm.
- Ability to work independently and within a team, meeting deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
