Role Overview – Senior Associate:
Atlantic Group is representing an elite national consulting firm serving Fortune 1000 clients that is currently seeking a Senior Associate for high-visibility accounting and finance projects across its client’s portfolio. Leveraging 5-7 years of experience, the ideal candidate will lead key initiatives through their technical expertise, project management, and executive presence.
Compensation: $110,000.00 – $130,000.00 + bonus
Location: New York City
Responsibilities of the Senior Associate include:
- Scoping and managing engagement workstreams
- Directing teams on deliverable development
- Advising clients on technical accounting matters
- Leading presentations and meetings
- Identifying growth areas and upsell opportunities
Qualifications for the Senior Associate include:
- 5-7 years at a Big 4 or large regional firm
- Completed CPA certification
- Mastery of researching complex accounting issues
- Polished and persuasive communicator
- Passion for enabling strategic priorities
