Role

 

 

  • Preparation of weekly internal reports for management
  • Coordinate, standardize and continue to improve the quarterly financial reporting close process, working closely with the Fund Administrators.
  • Preparation of quarterly investor capital allocations, financial statements and individual partner capital statements.
  • Preparation of capital calls and distributions.
  • Working closely with the auditors to oversee the fund financial statement audit process and also working on tax matters, including K-1’s, 1099’s and tax returns.
  • Manage reporting for all of the co-investment vehicles and quarterly reporting.
  • Coordinate regulatory filings as needed, such as Form ADV, Form PF, etc.
  • Assist in preparation of quarterly investor letters and annual meeting presentations.
  • Prepare ad hoc requests from management and investment team members.
  • Reports directly to Controller

 

 

Qualifications

 

 

  • 2-4 years of  public accountant experience
  • Tax or audit background
