Operations Associate

  • Evaluate sales orders, vendor quotes, internal costing tools, customer contracts/SOWs customer purchase orders, and alterations to purchase orders for exactitude and timely data entry.
  • Comprehend procurement, accounting and sales functions.
  • Generate and manage excel spreadsheets and workbooks.
  • Thoroughly monitor order detail and calculate mathematical percentages.
  • Converse commendably with internal customers.
  • Assess new professional services orders for project activation
  • Process monthly customer invoices
  • Review timesheets, subcontractor purchase orders and invoices for accuracy




  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience and/or1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting, procurement, sales administration or professional services contracting.
  • Experience in an Invoicing, Accounts Payable and/or Accounting role is preferred
  • Excellent keyboarding skills
  • Ability to handle high volume of inquiries, request and process orders.
  • Available to work Overtime to meet financial deadlines based on business needs, including occasional Saturday for month end processing.
