Role Overview:
Our client, a mid-sized physical metals trading company with $5B+ in revenue, is seeking an experienced Credit Risk Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team.
Compensation: $100,000.00 – $130,000.00 + bonus
Location: New York City
Responsibilities for the Credit Risk Analyst include:
• Conducting credit analysis and underwriting for new and existing counterparties
• Preparing detailed financial analysis and risk assessments
• Monitoring credit exposures and enforcing risk policies
• Collaborating with trading teams to evaluate opportunities
• Reporting to the bright and personable North American Credit Manager
Qualifications of the Credit Risk Analyst include:
• 2-5 years of experience in credit risk, underwriting, or financial analysis
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to model complex scenarios
• Outstanding communication abilities to present findings clearly
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• Any industry experience is acceptable
