Business Development Analyst

Responsibilities

 

  • Serve as coordinator for the marketing/fundraising team: liaise with the senior team to maintain the investor CRM, update the investor and prospect pipeline, prepare marketing presentations, draft PPMs, organize diligence materials, and coordinate industry database updates.
  • Work with investment teams and finance team to consolidate portfolio company data for marketing presentations and diligence materials.
  • Assist the team in executing an ongoing investor relations and relationship management plan for existing and prospective LPs, including working with the team to devise, implement and manage procedures for tracking investor information to more efficiently manage each relationship.
  • Facilitate content preparation for the Annual Meeting, Advisory Board meetings and Forums.
  • Work to ensure timely responses to investor questions, information requests and survey responses and assist with investor requests more generally.
  • Liaise with the compliance team to ensure compliance with client facing legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate investor, prospect, and consultant calls and meetings.

 

Requirements

 

  • 2-4 years related experience.
  • Basic understanding of Private Equity or Credit / Alternative Investments a plus.
  • Could come from a PE firm, Alternative Asset Manager, or a superstar Fund Admin Client Services person
