Role Overview – Accounting Supervisor:
We are seeking an Accounting Supervisor to join our client’s US finance team. In this role, you will manage a team to enable accurate monthly closing and reporting for this $120B public company.
Compensation: $90,000.00 – $95,000.00 + bonus & equity
Location: Woburn, Massachusetts (Hybrid Schedule)
Responsibilities for the Supervisor include:
• Leading and driving the performance of a close team
• Ensuring timely and compliant month-end closing
• Analyzing balances and preparing account reconciliations
• Building partnerships with internal business partners
• Identifying process improvement opportunities
• Preparing financial reporting packages and analyses
Qualifications of the Supervisor include:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 3+ years accounting experience; public company expertise ideal
• Leadership abilities; team mentorship talents
• Strong technical accounting skills
• Process orientation with analytical abilities
