Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Atlantic Group is hiring a Credit Operations Analyst in New York, NY for our client, supporting loan operations, credit facility administration, treasury activities, and daily investment operations. This role will manage operational processes related to credit investments, coordinate with financial counterparties, and ensure accurate transaction processing, cash management, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities as the Credit Operations Analyst:

  • Loan Operations: Support loan administration, transaction processing, settlements, and ongoing credit investment activities.
  • Credit Facility Management: Monitor credit facilities, borrowing activity, repayments, and related operational requirements.
  • Treasury Operations: Manage daily cash activity, funding requests, wire transfers, and liquidity-related processes.
  • Reconciliations: Perform cash, position, and transaction reconciliations while investigating and resolving discrepancies.
  • Counterparty Coordination: Communicate with agent banks, custodians, lenders, and internal investment teams to facilitate operational activities.
  • Operational Reporting: Maintain accurate transaction records, prepare operational reports, and support process improvements.

Qualifications for the Credit Operations Analyst:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in credit operations, loan operations, investment operations, or a related financial services function is required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience with loan administration, credit facilities, treasury operations, and cash management within financial services is required.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with investment operations, loan servicing, or financial reporting systems are preferred.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, organization, communication, problem-solving, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are required.
