Job Overview – Commercial Lease Analyst
Compensation: $65,000 – $75,000/year + bonus

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Atlantic Group is hiring a Commercial Lease Analyst in Westchester County, NY for our client, supporting lease administration, tenant billing, expense reconciliations, and commercial real estate operations. This role will manage lease data and financial obligations while partnering with accounting, property management, leasing, and legal teams to ensure accurate billing and lease compliance. The ideal candidate brings strong lease interpretation skills, attention to detail, and experience with commercial real estate systems and technology-driven workflows.
Responsibilities as the Commercial Lease Analyst:
- Lease Administration: Review lease documentation and maintain accurate lease, tenant, and financial information.
- Billing & Reconciliations: Support tenant billing, expense reconciliations, and related financial activities in accordance with lease terms.
- Lease Analysis: Interpret lease provisions, research discrepancies, and assist with tenant and billing inquiries.
- Financial Reporting: Review lease and financial data, analyze variances, and maintain accurate supporting documentation.
- Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with accounting, property management, leasing, and other teams on lease-related matters.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve lease administration, reporting, and operational workflows.
Qualifications for the Commercial Lease Analyst:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in lease administration, commercial real estate, property operations, or a related field is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of commercial leases, tenant billing, expense reconciliations, and lease-related financial concepts is required.
- Technical Skills: Experience with lease administration, property management, or real estate accounting systems is required.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
