Compensation: $130,000 – $175,000/year + bonus

Atlantic Group is hiring a Structured Credit Compliance Analyst in New York, NY for our client, supporting compliance monitoring, reporting, and operational oversight across structured credit and CLO investments within an investment management environment. This role will partner with investment, risk, and operations teams to support compliance testing, reporting processes, and investment documentation review activities. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced within CLO, structured finance, investment operations, or related financial services environments.

Responsibilities as the Structured Credit Compliance Analyst:

  • Compliance Monitoring: Monitor investment portfolios against compliance guidelines, concentration limits, and reporting requirements.
  • Reporting Oversight: Manage recurring reporting cycles, compliance reviews, and related reporting documentation.
  • Cash Flow & Distribution Support: Assist with payment processing, cash flow reviews, and distribution-related activities.
  • Documentation Review: Review investment documentation, compliance provisions, and related reporting requirements.
  • Pre-Trade Analysis: Support investment teams with compliance analysis, eligibility reviews, and investment testing activities.
  • Process Improvement: Maintain reporting models, investigate discrepancies, and support operational and reporting enhancements.

Qualifications for the Structured Credit Compliance Analyst:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: 2–6 years of structured finance, reporting, compliance, or related financial services experience is required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of CLO indenture mechanics, waterfall calculations, coverage tests, and leveraged loan market conventions is required.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills and experience working with compliance models, reporting workbooks, and financial data analysis are preferred.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, communication abilities, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment are required.
