Atlantic Group is hiring a Corporate Tax Manager in Greenwich, CT for our client, supporting U.S. and international tax compliance, reporting, and advisory activities within a global business environment. This role partners with finance leadership to manage corporate and individual tax matters, oversee filings, and support cross-border tax planning. The position requires strong technical tax expertise, experience across multiple jurisdictions, and proficiency in Excel and tax systems.

Responsibilities as the Corporate Tax Manager:

  • Tax Compliance: Manage and review U.S. corporate, state, and individual tax filings, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • International Tax: Support global tax matters including cross-border compliance, transfer pricing, and foreign reporting requirements.
  • Tax Reporting: Oversee income tax accounting and reporting in accordance with ASC 740 and applicable standards.
  • Regulatory Filings: Manage filings such as FBAR, Form 8938, and other required disclosures.
  • Tax Planning: Advise on domestic and international tax strategies, including financial planning and structural considerations.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with internal teams and external advisors to support audits, filings, and tax initiatives.

Qualifications for the Corporate Tax Manager:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required, with a Master’s in Taxation or CPA strongly preferred.
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in tax with exposure to both domestic and international matters is required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of U.S. tax law, international tax concepts, and cross-border compliance is required.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills and experience with tax preparation and accounting systems are required.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects are required.
