Job Overview – Fund Operations Associate (Alternative Investments)
Compensation: $85,000 – $100,000/year + bonus
Location: Montgomery County, PA
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Atlantic Group is hiring a Fund Operations Associate (Alternative Investments) in Montgomery County, PA for our client, supporting fund operations, investor onboarding, and client servicing. In this role, you will manage capital activity, support fund launches, and handle investor communications across private equity and alternative funds. You will work with internal teams and external advisors to manage workflows, documentation, and compliance.
Responsibilities as the Fund Operations Associate (Alternative Investments):
- Investor Onboarding: Manage full-cycle onboarding including subscriptions, documentation, and AML requirements.
- Capital Activity: Process capital calls, distributions, redemptions, and transfers across multiple fund structures.
- Fund Operations: Support daily operations across private equity and alternative investment funds.
- Fund Launches: Coordinate new fund launches, closures, and operational due diligence processes.
- Client Service: Serve as a point of contact for external advisors and investors, providing high-quality support and communication.
Qualifications for the Fund Operations Associate (Alternative Investments):
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in fund operations, investment operations, or investor services is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of alternative investments, fund structures, and capital activity processes is required.
- Technical Skills: Experience with fund accounting or operational platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.
- Skills & Attributes: Demonstrates strong attention to detail, communication skills, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
