Job Overview – Treasury Director
Compensation: $150,000 – $190,000/year + bonus
Location: New York, NY
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Atlantic Group is hiring a Treasury Director in New York, NY for our client, leading global treasury operations, liquidity planning, and capital management across a multi-entity environment. In this role, you will oversee cash forecasting, debt and covenant management, and build scalable treasury infrastructure across international operations. The ideal candidate will leverage NetSuite, treasury systems, and advanced financial modeling to drive liquidity strategy and support executive decision-making.
Responsibilities as the Treasury Director:
- Global Cash Management: Oversee daily cash positioning, liquidity planning, and global cash visibility across multiple entities and currencies.
- Cash Forecasting: Develop and maintain rolling cash flow forecasts, including scenario analysis and liquidity planning.
- Debt & Covenant Management: Manage debt schedules, monitor covenant compliance, and prepare lender reporting and supporting documentation.
- Treasury Strategy: Build and enhance treasury processes, policies, and infrastructure to support a growing global organization.
- Foreign Exchange & Risk Management: Analyze currency exposure and support hedging strategies to mitigate financial risk.
Qualifications for the Treasury Director:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required (CTP or MBA preferred).
- Experience: 7–10 years of experience in global treasury or related corporate finance or capital markets roles is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience within a global, private equity-backed, or multi-entity organization outside of financial services is required.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with NetSuite and treasury management systems is strongly preferred.
- Skills & Attributes: Demonstrates strong financial modeling, communication, and strategic thinking skills with the ability to operate as a subject matter expert in a fast-paced environment.
