Compensation: $200,000 – $315,000/year + bonus

Atlantic Group is hiring a Director of Investor Relations in New York, NY for our client, leading investor communications and capital markets strategy within a real estate-focused organization. This role oversees earnings communications, investor engagement, and capital formation initiatives. Candidates should have 10+ years of investor relations experience with strong capital markets exposure, ideally within a real estate, credit, or alternative investment environment.

Responsibilities as the Director of Investor Relations:

  • Investor Communications & Disclosure: Lead preparation of earnings materials, investor presentations, and periodic reporting to ensure accurate and compliant communications.
  • Investor Engagement & Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and key stakeholders through ongoing outreach and meetings.
  • Capital Markets & Strategic Support: Partner with executive leadership on investor strategy, funding initiatives, and market positioning.
  • Earnings Calls & Investor Events: Coordinate earnings calls, roadshows, conferences, and other investor-facing events.
  • Cross-Functional Messaging & Insights: Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and leadership to ensure consistent messaging and provide market and investor feedback.

Qualifications for the Director of Investor Relations:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Communications, or related field required (MBA or CFA strongly preferred).
  • Experience: 10+ years of investor relations experience with strong capital markets exposure, ideally within a real estate, credit, or alternative investment environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of capital markets, financial reporting, SEC regulations, and investor communication best practices.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial presentation tools required, with experience using investor CRM or analytics platforms preferred.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, analytical mindset, executive presence, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
