Job Overview – Internal Wholesaler (Financial Services)
Compensation: $75,000/year + bonus
Location: Greenwich, CT
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Atlantic Group is hiring an Internal Wholesaler (Financial Services) in Greenwich, CT for our client, supporting advisor-facing sales and business development across assigned territories. This hybrid role partners closely with Regional Wholesalers to drive asset growth, strengthen financial advisor relationships, and communicate investment solutions, market insights, and fund performance. The ideal candidate holds active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses and brings a strong client-focused sales mindset.
Responsibilities as the Internal Wholesaler (Financial Services):
- Advisor Coverage & Sales Support: Maintain regular outbound contact with financial advisors within assigned territories to support sales initiatives and relationship development.
- Investment Communication: Discuss investment products, fund positioning, and current market and economic conditions with advisors and key stakeholders.
- Inbound Advisor Support: Respond to daily phone and email inquiries related to fund performance, portfolio positioning, and managed account solutions.
- Business Development: Support Regional Wholesalers in developing new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing advisor relationships.
- Reporting & Sales Analytics: Prepare and distribute account activity, sales reports, and territory insights to support sales strategy and execution.
Qualifications for the Internal Wholesaler (Financial Services):
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field required.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, client service, operations, or a related role, with financial services or asset management exposure preferred.
- Licensure: Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with familiarity using CRM systems and sales workflow tools preferred.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong verbal communication and phone presence, excellent organization and prioritization, high attention to detail, sound judgment, and a client-focused approach.
