Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000/year + bonus

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Atlantic Group is hiring an Investment Operations Associate in Greenwich, CT. This hybrid role supports digital asset, ETF, ETP, and alternative investment operations, including token trades, reconciliations, and workflow automation. You will partner with Trading, Capital Markets, Portfolio Management, Compliance, and Finance while using OEMS, Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel to drive efficiency. Ideal for an operations professional with asset management experience and interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain investments.
Responsibilities as the Investment Operations Associate:
- Digital Asset & ETF Operations: Support token trade operations, reconciliations, and daily operational processes across ETF, ETP, private placement, and active investment strategies.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with Trading, Capital Markets, Portfolio Management, Legal, Compliance, Product, and Finance teams to support front-to-back investment operations.
- Service Provider Coordination: Liaise with custodians, banking partners, authorized participants, liquidity providers, and vendors to ensure smooth product and transaction support.
- Operational Controls & Risk Oversight: Assist with implementation, monitoring, and documentation of internal controls, including SOX-related processes and operational risk mitigation.
- Workflow & Optimization: Develop and maintain operational workflows, procedures, and automation initiatives to improve scalability and efficiency.
Qualifications for the Investment Operations Associate:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field required.
- Experience: 4-6 years of investment operations experience within asset management, ETFs, capital markets, or broker-dealers, with crypto exposure preferred.
- Licensure: Series 7 strongly preferred or ability to obtain.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of ETFs, hedge funds, mutual funds, closed-end funds, and SMAs, with familiarity in digital assets, blockchain workflows, and SOX/internal controls preferred.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Order and Execution Management Systems (OEMS), advanced Excel, and data tools such as Power BI or SQL.
- Skills & Attributes: Highly analytical, detail-oriented professional with strong multitasking abilities, sound judgment, and collaborative communication skills in a fast-paced investment environment.
