Atlantic Group is hiring a Staff Accountant (Manufacturing) in Montgomery County, PA for our client. In this hybrid role, you will support accounting operations across domestic and international entities, including month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, and audit preparation. You will use Microsoft Dynamics and OneStream to prepare financial statements and maintain accurate records in a global manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for early-career accountants seeking growth in a multinational setting.

Responsibilities as the Staff Accountant (Manufacturing):

  • Month-End Close: Prepare journal entries, complete reconciliations, and support accurate month-end and quarter-end close activities.
  • General Ledger Management: Maintain workpapers and documentation for balance sheet and expense accounts across multiple domestic and international entities.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare internal financial statements in Microsoft Dynamics and support monthly reporting packages and consolidation work in OneStream.
  • Analysis & Compliance: Analyze transactions, resolve discrepancies, and support tax provision, statutory filings, and regulatory documentation.
  • Audit & Process Support: Assist with external audits, maintain accounting procedures and controls, and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant (Manufacturing):

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field required (CPA preferred).
  • Experience: 1-2 years of progressive accounting or finance experience, ideally within manufacturing or public accounting.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with ERP systems, familiarity with OneStream, strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, and proficiency in Microsoft Office with intermediate Excel skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Exposure to multinational corporate structures and foreign subsidiary financial statements preferred.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and collaborate effectively across departments.
