Atlantic Group is hiring a Client Service Analyst (Alternative Investments) in New York, NY for our client. In this hybrid role, you will manage client inquiries, prepare DDQs and marketing materials, support business development activity, and coordinate information across internal teams. Ideal for early-career financial services professionals seeking exposure to hedge fund and private equity strategies.

Responsibilities as the Client Service Analyst:

  • Client Request Management: Act as a primary contact for investor inquiries, follow-up requests, and ongoing service needs.
  • Business Development Support: Assist with prospect research, pipeline tracking, meeting preparation, and distribution efforts.
  • Marketing & Due Diligence Materials: Update and produce DDQs, pitchbooks, fact sheets, website content, and other client-facing materials.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with investment, operations, legal, compliance, and marketing teams to gather information and prepare deliverables.
  • Reporting & Data Management: Maintain CRM records, support reporting workflows, and help distribute investor communications and performance updates.

Qualifications for the Client Service Analyst:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field required.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in financial services, preferably with exposure to hedge funds, private equity, or other alternative investment firms.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM or investor-relations systems, with familiarity in performance reporting or portfolio analytics preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of alternative investment structures, fund marketing materials, investor due diligence processes, and capital-raising workflows.
  • Skills & Attributes: Detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, strong relationship-building abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
