Job Overview – Senior Accountant (Financial Reporting):
Compensation: $75,000 – $88,000/year

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Atlantic Group is hiring a Senior Accountant (Financial Reporting) in Chester County, PA, for our client. In this hybrid role, you’ll prepare and review financial statements and SEC filings under GAAP and IFRS, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with auditors, enhance reporting processes, and support automation initiatives.
Responsibilities as the Senior Accountant (Financial Reporting):
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Audit & Client Coordination: Collaborate with auditors, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Process Improvement: Enhance efficiency through automation initiatives and continuous process optimization.
- Error Resolution: Identify and resolve reporting discrepancies while maintaining compliance with accounting standards.
Qualifications for the Senior Accountant (Financial Reporting):
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required.
- Certification: CPA, CFA, or CA designation preferred.
- Experience: 1-5 years of financial reporting from either industry or public accounting.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and complex derivatives.
- Skills & Attributes: Excellent analytical, organizational, and written communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
