Job Overview – Global Human Resources Manager (Financial Services):
Compensation: $130,000 – $165,000/year + bonus

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Atlantic Group is hiring a Global Human Resources Manager (Financial Services) in New York, NY (Hybrid) with our client, a global investment firm. You will lead full-cycle HR operations, including recruitment, benefits, compliance, immigration, and talent development. Experience with HRIS and PEO platforms such as ADP, TriNet, or Justworks is preferred. This role is ideal for HR professionals with financial services or alternative investment experience and strong leadership, communication, and strategic HR skills.
Responsibilities as the Global Human Resources Manager:
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee full-cycle recruitment for business services, investment, and executive roles, including background checks and offer management.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate onboarding with IT, payroll, and facilities while managing exits, release agreements, and exit interviews.
- Benefits & PEO Management: Act as the main PEO contact, lead annual benefits renewals and negotiations, and administer global 401(k) and health plans.
- Compensation & Compliance: Conduct global compensation benchmarking and ensure adherence to employment and immigration regulations.
- Performance & Development: Manage performance reviews, create evaluation templates, and coordinate leadership training and coaching programs.
- Employee Relations & Culture: Address employee issues, investigations, and escalations while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications for the Global Human Resources Manager:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Experience: 5-10 years of progressive HR experience within financial services, private equity, or alternative investment firms.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in HRIS and PEO platforms such as ADP, TriNet, or Justworks, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of global HR compliance, compensation benchmarking, benefits administration, and immigration processes.
- Skills & Attributes: High emotional intelligence with strong judgment, communication, and leadership skills, fostering trust and strategic collaboration across all levels.
