Compensation: $70,000 – $85,000/year + bonus

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Atlantic Group is hiring a Senior Associate (Fund Operations & Shareholder Services) in Greenwich, CT (Hybrid) to support our client with shareholder servicing and transfer agent operations across mutual funds and alternative investment products. In this role, you will respond to investor and advisor inquiries, coordinate with brokers and custodians, and manage shareholder documentation and compliance processes. This position offers excellent growth potential in a collaborative environment, with the opportunity to pursue FINRA licensing and expand into sales support.

Responsibilities as the Senior Associate:

  • Client Servicing: Respond to investor, advisor, and affiliate inquiries by email and phone, delivering timely and accurate support.
  • Transfer Agent Oversight: Manage and monitor multiple transfer agents to ensure effective shareholder servicing.
  • Broker & Custodian Coordination: Liaise with broker-dealers and custodians to support investment product operations.
  • Process & Compliance: Oversee daily 22c-2 processing and review annual shareholder tax forms for accuracy.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Update applications, forms, and tender offer materials while tracking product inflows and reviewing monthly statements.

Qualifications for the Senior Associate:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of financial services experience, ideally with exposure to fund operations, shareholder services, or investment products.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of investment products, including stocks, bonds, and mutual funds.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong analytical and communication skills, with a detail-oriented, proactive, and confidential approach.
