Job Overview: Tax Manager – Corporate Tax (Hybrid):
Compensation: $90,000 – $150,000/year + bonus
Location: Chester County, PA (Hybrid)
A leading international company is seeking a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Associate to support its U.S. federal and state tax compliance, provision reporting, and special project needs. Reporting to a Senior Manager, this role offers exposure to international tax, M&A diligence, and special tax issues.
Responsibilities for the Tax Manager:
- Prepare and review U.S. federal and state corporate income tax returns and related workpapers.
- Support ASC 740 tax provision calculations and documentation.
- Contribute to M&A tax diligence and integration projects.
- Review sales and use tax filings and reconcile related accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for tax compliance and reporting.
- Assist in international tax matters, including provision work for controlled foreign corporations.
- Maintain trackers, prepare supporting schedules, and ensure audit readiness.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
Qualifications for the Tax Manager:
- 3-7 years of corporate tax experience (Big 4, Tier 2 public accounting, or progressive corporate tax roles).
- Expertise in U.S. federal and state corporate income tax; experience with tax provision preferred.
- CPA and/or MST a plus.
- Experience with OneSource tax software is a plus.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Proactive, articulate, and organized, with strong attention to detail.
