Atlantic Group is hiring a Global Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join our client’s team in New York, NY (Hybrid). Manage international payroll, benefits administration, and compliance across jurisdictions. Collaborate with HR, finance, and vendors to ensure accurate, timely payroll execution while driving process improvements. Ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in financial services or asset management and global payroll.
Responsibilities as the Global Payroll & Benefits Specialist:
- Payroll Processing & Administration: Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations.
- Benefits Management: Administer global employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and vendor coordination.
- System Management: Utilize payroll and benefits systems, with a preference for experience in Papaya, to optimize workflows and reporting.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with international payroll regulations and tax laws, preparing audit and regulatory documents as needed.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with external payroll providers, benefits vendors, and internal HR and finance teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline payroll and benefits operations, implement best practices, and support system enhancements.
Qualifications for the Global Payroll & Benefits Specialist:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 4-7 years of payroll and benefits experience, preferably in financial services or asset management, with strong international payroll expertise.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in payroll and benefits systems, with strong experience in Papaya or similar global payroll platforms, and advanced Excel skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of global payroll compliance, tax regulations, and benefits administration in multi-jurisdictional environments.
- Skills & Attributes: Highly organized and detail-oriented professional who communicates effectively, collaborates well with teams, and excels at problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
