Job Overview – Reporting & Data Associate (Asset Management):
Compensation: $90,000 – $110,000/year + bonus
Location: New York, NY
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Atlantic Group is hiring a Reporting & Data Associate (Asset Management) for our client in New York, NY (Hybrid), to manage AUM, client flow, and revenue reporting for an investment firm. You will produce accurate reports across multiple timeframes, ensure data consistency, and collaborate with Operations, Technology, and Business teams. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with reporting, data analysis, and asset management experience, with advanced Excel and Tableau skills.
Responsibilities as the Reporting & Data Associate:
- AUM & Revenue Reporting: Produce accurate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly AUM and revenue reports for internal stakeholders and senior management.
- Data Management & Integrity: Maintain accuracy, consistency, and integrity of consolidated AUM data across all reporting cycles.
- Improvement & Collaboration: Work with Operations, Technology, and Business teams to enhance processes impacting AUM reporting and data flow.
- Reporting & Analysis: Respond to data requests, provide historical trends for RFPs and client reporting, and support regulatory and audit reporting.
- Enhancements & Automation: Collaborate with Technology to improve data quality, test system updates, and drive automation and reporting enhancements.
Qualifications for the Reporting & Data Associate:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- Experience: 3+ years of accounting, financial reporting, or data analysis, preferably in asset management or investment advisory.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with preferred experience in Tableau, OneStream, or similar reporting tools.
- Skills & Attributes: Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
