Job Overview – Senior Accounting Manager (Family Office):
Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000/year + bonus
Location: King of Prussia, PA
Schedule: Monday to Friday (In-Office)
Atlantic Group is hiring a Senior Accounting Manager for our client’s family office in King of Prussia, PA, managing accounting across operating businesses, investment holdings, and personal entities. In this on-site role, you’ll use SEI Archway to oversee reporting, ensure compliance, and deliver financial insights. Ideal for professionals with experience in family office, private wealth, and manufacturing environments looking to drive impact in a multi-entity setting.
Responsibilities as the Senior Accounting Manager (Family Office):
- Multi-Entity Accounting: Oversee accounting for operating businesses, personal entities, and investment vehicles.
- Investment Reporting: Track, reconcile, and report on investment performance using SEI Archway or comparable systems.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- AP, AR & Payroll Oversight: Manage accounts payable, receivable, and payroll functions across multiple entities.
- Compliance & Collaboration: Uphold internal controls, support tax compliance, and coordinate with the CFO and external auditors.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Deliver timely, accurate financial updates to family members and key stakeholders.
Qualifications for the Senior Accounting Manager (Family Office):
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required.
- Certification: CPA, CFA, or CFP strongly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in accounting and investment management, including 2 years in a manufacturing setting and familiarity with family office or private wealth environments.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in SEI Archway or similar accounting platforms, with advanced skills in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and maintain discretion and financial accuracy.
