In this high-impact role, you’ll oversee liquidity planning, borrowing base calculations, and treasury reporting across a range of private credit strategies. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in credit facilities and warehouse agreements who want to drive capital efficiency across CLOs, SMAs, and other complex vehicles.

Responsibilities as the Treasury Operations Associate:

  • Leverage Oversight: Manage borrowing base calculations and compliance across credit facilities.
  • Liquidity & Deployment: Track capital deployment, facility repayments, and short-term liquidity planning.
  • Financing Optimization: Support warehouse engagements and borrowing strategies to reduce cost of capital.
  • Product Support: Assist in fund launches by addressing leverage and LPA-related requirements.
  • Collateral Management: Maintain and update loan/data tapes for leveraged loan facilities.
  • Treasury Operations: Monitor cash positions, manage investments, and contribute to reporting and analytics.

Qualifications for the Treasury Operations Associate:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
  • Experience: 3-6 years of treasury operations or cash management experience within a credit-focused investment firm, asset manager, or hedge fund.
  • Industry Knowledge: Exposure to structured products, including CLOs, secured lending, ABS/ABL structures, and collateral management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with treasury, risk, or OMS platforms used for leverage and liquidity monitoring.
  • Skills & Attributes: Detail-oriented and analytical, with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to managing treasury operations and credit products.
