Job Overview – Campaign Manager (Hybrid):
Support our client as a Campaign Manager in New York, NY. This hybrid role focuses on leading key sales and marketing campaigns, particularly roadshows, while providing content, research, and operational support to the Founder, Managing Partner, and the Capital Formation team. You’ll manage systematic sales processes, prepare executives for meetings, and ensure follow-ups and action items are executed seamlessly, contributing to the firm’s business development efforts.
Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000/year + bonus
Location: New York, NY
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Responsibilities as the Campaign Manager:
- Sales & Marketing Campaigns: Lead sales and marketing initiatives, with a focus on planning and executing roadshows.
- Content Development: Draft outreach emails, meeting follow-ups, and other content for the Founder and Managing Partner.
- Meeting Preparation: Source and create meeting prep materials, conduct background research, and confirm logistics for sales meetings.
- Follow-Up Execution: Transcribe meeting notes, craft follow-up communications, and ensure action items are tracked and completed.
- General Support: Provide problem-solving, issue resolution, and operational support to the Founder, Managing Partner, and Capital Formation team.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the campaign process end-to-end, ensuring alignment with team goals and deadlines.
Qualifications for the Campaign Manager:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Ivy League or commensurate academic pedigree is a must.
- Experience: 6-10 years in Business Development or Marketing Campaign Management, with prior experience in business communications or other writing-intensive positions.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with strong attention to detail, time management, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), Salesforce, and other tech-savvy tools.
- Attributes: Strong interest in crypto investments and venture capital is a plus, with a passion for blockchain/cryptocurrency technology preferred.
