Job Overview – Associate Vice President (Asset Management):
Step into a pivotal role as an Associate Vice President in Asset Management with our client in Philadelphia, PA. In this full-time position, you’ll support strategic initiatives in reporting, underwriting, analysis, and structuring within real estate portfolio management, with direct exposure to senior management and client-facing activities.
Compensation: $110,000 – $125,000/year + bonus
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Schedule: Monday to Friday (In-Office)
Responsibilities as the Associate Vice President (Asset Management):
- Performance: Oversee property operations and drive portfolio performance by establishing KPI tracking methods and implementing sound reporting techniques across assets.
- Financial Analysis: Prepare financial models and conduct asset underwriting for portfolio valuation, supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and negotiate deal and fund strategies, aligning with the organization’s goals.
- Oversight: Conduct market visits and property inspections, maintaining high operational standards and fostering key relationships.
- Collaboration: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, supporting acquisition and origination efforts as needed.
Qualifications for the Associate Vice President (Asset Management):
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or Economics required.
- Experience: 3-5 years in Real Estate Analysis or Asset Management focused on multifamily properties required.
- Technical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with expertise in underwriting, asset management, financial modeling, and proficiency in Argus.
- Attributes: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a highly motivated, team-oriented, and collaborative approach.
