Job Overview – Investor Relations Associate (Hybrid):
Step into the hybrid role of Investor Relations Associate with our client in New York, NY, where you’ll work closely with management and business units to drive long-term financial planning, investor reporting, and strategic analysis to support key business decisions.

Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000/year + bonus
Location: New York, NY
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Responsibilities as the Investor Relations Associate:

  • Financial Planning: Collaborate with management to support long-term financial planning, develop KPIs, and conduct strategic analysis.
  • Industry Research: Assist Investor Relations with research and analysis of industry peers and competitors’ financials.
  • Reporting: Support Capital Markets and Investor Relations with internal reporting, investor presentations, and materials.
  • Investor Materials: Draft press releases, transactional releases, and sections of financial filings (MD&A).
  • Collaboration: Work with Finance, Treasury, and other departments to manage cash positions and deliver financial insights.

Qualifications for the Investor Relations Associate:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent (Master's preferred).
  • Experience: 2-4 years in Investor Relations, Accounting, FP&A, Corporate Finance, or similar roles in high-growth or established companies.
  • Skills: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
