Job Overview – Senior Associate, Corporate Development (Hybrid):
Step into the role of Senior Associate, Corporate Development with our client in Radnor, PA, where you’ll support the VP of Corporate Development with financial modeling and strategic analysis for growth initiatives. This full-time role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a passion for corporate development and M&A.
Compensation: $100,000 – $140,000/year + bonus
Location: Delaware County, PA
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Responsibilities as the Senior Associate, Corporate Development:
- Financial Modeling: Lead and support complex financial modeling initiatives to evaluate potential acquisitions, mergers, and other corporate growth opportunities.
- Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial and strategic analysis to support corporate development initiatives, including valuations and due diligence.
- Transactions: Assist in the preparation and review of transaction documents, financial models, and presentations for executive leadership and board meetings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of corporate development projects.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to the VP of Corporate Development and executive team on the status of ongoing projects and opportunities.
Qualifications for the Senior Associate, Corporate Development:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in Transaction Advisory Services, Due Diligence, or Valuations (Big 4 or regional firm experience preferred).
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, advanced financial modeling capabilities, and a solid understanding of M&A processes.
- Attributes: High level of maturity, hunger to learn, and a proactive, can-do attitude.
