Job Overview – Manager of Financial Analysis & Reporting (Hybrid):
Join our client in Malvern, PA, as a Manager of Financial Analysis & Reporting. You'll oversee financial statement consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and report preparation for senior management, while handling financial analysis and supporting special projects.
Compensation: $110,000 – $120,000/year
Location: Chester County, PA
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Responsibilities as the Manager of Financial Analysis & Reporting:
- Financial Oversight: Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accurate consolidation of financial statements.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and review financial reports, including eliminations of intercompany transactions, and provide roll forwards, reconciliations, and fluctuation analyses.
- Compliance: Maintain financial tools to calculate Credit Facility maintenance covenants and prepare quarterly reports to the bank consortium.
- Technical Accounting: Research and resolve technical accounting issues and support the preparation of benefit plan financial statements.
- Compliance: Support audits and ensure compliance with relevant standards and reporting requirements.
Qualifications for the Manager of Financial Analysis & Reporting:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- Experience: 3+ years at a Big Four or large Regional Accounting firm, with up to 1 year as a Manager.
- Certification: CPA required.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, and audit processes.
- Skills: Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities for efficient multitasking.
