Role Overview – Capital Formation Analyst:
Join a premier alternative asset manager as a Capital Formation Analyst supporting fundraising, investor relations, and marketing for credit strategies. Collaborate with leadership and contribute to fundraising.
Compensation: $115,000.00 – $125,000.00 + bonus
Location: New York City
Schedule: Minimum three days per week in the office
Responsibilities as the Capital Formation Analyst include:
- Maintaining investor records in CRM
- Producing marketing materials
- Drafting fund documents
- Conducting market research
- Fielding investor inquiries
- Facilitating third-party requests
- Assisting with conferences
- Updating virtual data room
- Addressing due diligence questions
- Creating investor communications
Requirements for the Capital Formation Analyst include:
- 2-3 years of experience in credit, consulting, or capital markets
- Strong academic background
- High emotional intelligence
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Quantitative analysis skills
