Terence Hermans

TJ joined The Atlantic Group in 2025 as a Director in the Boston office.  He provides search and recruitment services to clients and candidates, specializing in the Real Estate, Property, and Construction industries.  Prior to joining Atlantic Group, TJ spent two years with a Boston-based staffing firm specializing in Built Environment Engineering and Renewable Energy, and previous to those five years focusing on the Construction industry with a national staffing agency.  TJ is a graduate of Salem State University where he studied economics.  In his free time, he enjoys golf, hockey, traveling, and spending time with his Great Dane, Nala.
