Scott joined Atlantic Group in August 2024, bringing with him over 30 years of recruiting experience across the Accounting and Finance sectors. Throughout his career, Scott has staffed roles at every level, working with companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500 organizations. Leveraging his deep expertise and connections, Scott excels at identifying and attracting top-tier talent that aligns seamlessly with the unique needs and culture of each organization.  Prior to joining Atlantic, Scott spent most of his career at a large national recruiting firm as a director in their Finance & Accounting practice.
