Job Overview – Workday HRIS Analyst (Temporary)
Compensation: $50 – $55/hour
Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Atlantic Group is hiring a Workday HRIS Analyst (Temporary) for our client, supporting Workday HRIS operations, case management, and time off administration. This temporary role will focus on resolving a high volume of Workday support cases related to absence management, accruals, and time off while partnering closely with HR technology teams. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on Workday experience, knowledge of absence and accrual processes, and the ability to work independently in a collaborative technical environment.
Responsibilities as the Workday HRIS Analyst (Temporary):
- Workday Case Management: Resolve Workday support cases related to time off, accruals, and absence management while maintaining accuracy and timely completion.
- HRIS Support: Troubleshoot system issues and partner with HR technology teams to resolve functional Workday requests.
- Workday Configuration: Support configuration updates and system maintenance related to absence and accrual functionality.
- Data Validation: Review and validate Workday data to ensure compliance with established policies and system requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Workday and HRIS technology teams to support ongoing operational initiatives and issue resolution.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve workflows, documentation, and HRIS support processes while assisting with additional system-related projects.
Qualifications for the Workday HRIS Analyst (Temporary):
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience supporting Workday HRIS administration, configuration, or system support is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience supporting absence management, time off administration, accrual policies, or HR technology operations is required.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Workday configuration, Workday Help, and HRIS platforms is required, and familiarity with UKG is preferred.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently are required.
