Job Overview – Technology Support Associate
Compensation: $40 – $60/hour
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Fully Onsite)
Atlantic Group is hiring a Technology Support Associate in Los Angeles, CA for our client, supporting end-user technology services, hardware and software support, meeting technology, and IT operations within a fast-paced investment management environment. This role will provide hands-on technical support across desktop systems, meeting platforms, imaging and deployment processes, and user support initiatives while partnering closely with internal technology teams and business users. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, technically strong, and experienced supporting enterprise IT environments.
Responsibilities as the Technology Support Associate:
- Technical Support: Provide technical support for hardware, software, devices, and enterprise technology systems.
- Technology Deployment: Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot technology equipment and user systems.
- Meeting & User Support: Support conference room technology, virtual meetings, and day-to-day user support requests.
- Service Desk Support: Track, prioritize, and resolve IT support requests while ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose technical issues, implement solutions, and escalate complex matters when necessary.
- Documentation & Operations: Maintain documentation and assist with technology projects and operational initiatives.
Qualifications for the Technology Support Associate:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Experience: 5+ years of IT support, desktop support, help desk, or end-user technology support experience is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience supporting enterprise technology environments, including hardware deployment, Office 365, imaging tools, and AV systems is required.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office, device management tools, operating systems, virtual meeting platforms, and troubleshooting utilities is preferred.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong communication skills, professionalism, attention to detail, organizational abilities, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment are required.
