Compensation: $75,000.00 – $100,000.00 + vehicle allowance
Location: Bucks County, PA – Onsite

Responsibilities of the Superintendent (Residential Construction) include:

  • Oversee the construction of single-family and multi-family homes in suburban areas.
  • Manage a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality completion of projects.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to execute plans and specifications effectively.
  • Monitor project progress, budget, and schedule, making adjustments as necessary to ensure project success.
  • Enforce safety protocols and regulations on the construction site to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and construction best practices.
  • Implement and maintain efficient construction processes to optimize productivity and minimize costs.
  • Mentor and train junior staff members to foster growth and development within the team.

Qualifications of the Superintendent (Residential Construction) include:

  • 3+ years of experience in building single-family and multi-family homes in suburban areas.
