Job Overview –– Superintendent (Residential Construction)

Compensation: $75,000.00 – $100,000.00 + vehicle allowance
Location: Bucks County, PA – Onsite
Responsibilities of the Superintendent (Residential Construction) include:
- Oversee the construction of single-family and multi-family homes in suburban areas.
- Manage a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality completion of projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to execute plans and specifications effectively.
- Monitor project progress, budget, and schedule, making adjustments as necessary to ensure project success.
- Enforce safety protocols and regulations on the construction site to maintain a safe working environment.
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and construction best practices.
- Implement and maintain efficient construction processes to optimize productivity and minimize costs.
- Mentor and train junior staff members to foster growth and development within the team.
Qualifications of the Superintendent (Residential Construction) include:
- 3+ years of experience in building single-family and multi-family homes in suburban areas.
- Proven experience in managing teams and construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
