Job Overview – Superintendent III
Join our client's team as a Superintendent and take on an integral role in overseeing ground-up construction projects in Dover, DE, focusing on various sectors such as Assisted Living, Higher Education, and Healthcare. Compensation: $125,000.00 – $160,000.00 + bonus
Location: Dover, DE – Onsite
Responsibilities as the Superintendent III include:

Manage all field staff, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure the successful completion of projects within the portfolio space, including Assisted Living, Higher Education, Healthcare, etc.

Provide guidance and leadership to other superintendents, assistant superintendents, project engineers, and site staff.

Oversee all activities to complete a single project of varying complexity on time and within budget.

Manage planning, scheduling, and coordination of all work, ensuring adherence to contract documents and constructability issues.

Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure work is performed following industry standards.

Prepare and submit daily reports using software, documenting work performed onsite, construction delays, milestones achieved, and weather conditions.
Qualifications of the Superintendent III:

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Technology, Engineering, or related field OR relevant field experience.

10+ years of field construction experience in a supervisory capacity.

Ability to read and understand contract drawings and specifications.

Valid driver's license with the ability to travel as needed.

Willingness to work additional hours to meet business plan goals.
