Compensation: $135,000.00 – $160,000.00 + bonus
Location: Delaware County, PA – Onsite
Responsibilities as the Superintendent (Higher Education Focus) include:

Lead and oversee construction projects within the higher education sector, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.

Collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to execute projects efficiently and effectively.

Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet client expectations and project goals.

Provide leadership and guidance to onsite teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Conduct regular site inspections and quality control measures to uphold project standards and compliance with regulations.

Communicate project progress, issues, and resolutions to internal and external stakeholders, maintaining transparency and accountability.
Qualifications of the Superintendent (Higher Education Focus) include:

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.

5+nyears of experience as a Superintendent, with a focus on higher education projects.

Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time and within budget.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire onsite teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
