Compensation: $135,000.00 – $160,000.00 + bonus
Location: Delaware County, PA – Onsite

Responsibilities as the Superintendent (Higher Education Focus) include:

  • Lead and oversee construction projects within the higher education sector, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.

  • Collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to execute projects efficiently and effectively.

  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet client expectations and project goals.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to onsite teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control measures to uphold project standards and compliance with regulations.

  • Communicate project progress, issues, and resolutions to internal and external stakeholders, maintaining transparency and accountability.

Qualifications of the Superintendent (Higher Education Focus) include:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.

  • 5+nyears of experience as a Superintendent, with a focus on higher education projects.

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time and within budget.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire onsite teams.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

  • Knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, and regulations related to higher education facilities.
