Role Overview – Senior Web Developer:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Web Developer to join our client’s dynamic team. As a key member of the development group, you will be responsible for designing and building high-performance, real-time user interfaces that handle complex streaming event data. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to the development of scalable, efficient web applications.

Compensation: $250,000.00 – $350,000.00 + bonus
Location: Remote (EST preferred) or Hybrid (1 day/week in Stamford, CT)

Responsibilities as the Senior Web Developer include:
•    Selecting technologies and design patterns to build and enhance the front-to-back stack for web applications
•    Developing highly performant data grids with grouping and pivot capabilities across multiple dimensions
•    Optimizing browser rendering and data delivery to minimize latency while handling large volumes of data
•    Collaborating with other teams and working on architectural components to bridge gaps and support web-centric initiatives
•    Identifying and integrating appropriate third-party technologies and control libraries
•    Implementing user profiles for controls, dashboards, and widgets to enable customization and sharing among users

Qualifications of the Senior Web Developer include:
•    5-10+ years of relevant experience
•    Proficiency in C#.NET & SQL (2+ years)
•    Experience architecting web applications using frameworks like Angular, React, or Blazor (5+ years)
•    Comfort working with web frontends on top of data-tiers handling millions of rows and updates per day
•    Familiarity with scaling out middle-tier data distribution layers (distributed caches, messaging, etc.)
•    Knowledge of client-side capabilities to improve UI rendering performance (Blazor/WASM or JavaScript/TypeScript interop)
•    Experience with alert aggregation, distribution, notification, and acknowledgment (preferred)
•    Familiarity with AWS Cloud Hosting offerings related to job requirements (preferred)
•    Understanding of OAuth (Auth0/Okta) security for web client permissions and authentication (preferred)
•    Experience with customized reporting and data visualization (preferred)
