Atlantic Group is hiring a Senior Web Developer (Drupal & Full Stack) in San Diego, CA with our client. In this temporary role, you’ll lead the design and development of Drupal-based web applications while contributing to full stack projects using PHP 8.x, Drupal 10, and modern front-end frameworks. Responsibilities as the Senior Web Developer:
- Development: Design, build, and maintain Drupal 9/10 sites and full stack applications with a focus on performance and scalability.
- Feature Implementation: Develop and integrate new modules, functionality, and APIs to meet evolving business needs.
- Testing & Maintenance: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure quality, troubleshoot issues, and enhance existing applications.
- Agile Collaboration: Contribute to Scrum planning, iterative releases, and sprint goals while maintaining clear documentation.
- Automation & Optimization: Support CI/CD processes and recommend new tools or technologies to improve development efficiency.
Qualifications for the Senior Web Developer:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 5-7 years as a Drupal Developer with a proven record of building, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise-level Drupal 9 and 10 sites.
- Certification: Acquia Certified Developer (or higher) preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in PHP 8.x, Drupal 9/10, Twig, HTML5, CSS/SASS, and JavaScript frameworks, with experience in responsive design, GitHub/Bitbucket, and Agile development.
- Integration & DevOps: Skilled in Salesforce integration (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, APIs) and Mulesoft for data connectivity, with experience in CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps tools.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of modern web architecture, data-driven applications, and Drupal theming best practices.
- Skills & Attributes: Analytical and collaborative professional with excellent communication and documentation skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
