Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Atlantic Group is hiring a Senior UX Designer for our client in Middlesex County, MA. This temporary hybrid role focuses on creating digital experiences across web and cross-platform tools, including onboarding flows, portals, and dashboards. You will lead end-to-end projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver wireframes, prototypes, and specifications using Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Miro, Confluence, and Jira.

Responsibilities as the Senior UX Designer:

  • End-to-End Design: Lead discovery, strategy, and execution of digital experiences across web, mobile, and cross-platform solutions.
  • User Advocacy & Research: Prioritize user needs, integrate research insights, and ensure compliance with accessibility, usability, and FDA guidance.
  • Design Execution: Develop prototypes, flows, and design specifications using Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Miro, and other modern tools.
  • Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, marketers, and CX teams in agile environments to align strategy and delivery.
  • System & Culture: Contribute to design system evolution, unify experiences across platforms, and mentor designers to strengthen UX culture.

Qualifications for the Senior UX Designer:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 5-8 years in UX or product design with a track record of delivering customer-focused digital products across web, mobile, and portal platforms.
  • Technical Skills: Expert in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and agile tools (Miro, Confluence, Jira) with advanced prototyping expertise.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of human-centered design, accessibility, responsive design, and regulated industry workflows, with healthcare or diabetes design experience preferred.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strategic thinker with strong communication and problem-solving skills, able to align teams and excel in fast-paced environments.
