Atlantic Group is hiring a Senior Sales Manager (Retail Accounts) in Berks County, PA for our client. This in-office role owns commercial performance across key retail accounts, driving volume, pricing, margin, and execution. You will lead high-stakes pricing negotiations, navigate retailer-driven dynamics, and guide team execution in complex customer environments. Ideal for a seasoned retail sales leader with strong aftermarket experience and a proven record in pricing and buyer negotiations.

Responsibilities as the Senior Sales Manager (Retail Accounts):

  • Account Ownership & Performance: Own commercial outcomes across assigned retail accounts, including volume, pricing, margin performance, and execution risk.
  • Pricing Strategy & Negotiation: Lead pricing negotiations, price increases, and commercial trade-offs while protecting margin and account health.
  • Retail Relationship Management: Manage retailer-driven dynamics such as line reviews, buyer leverage, and competitive switching pressure.
  • Team Leadership & Execution: Drive team-level execution across accounts, ensuring alignment, accountability, and consistent delivery.
  • Commercial Strategy & Problem Solving: Translate complex commercial challenges into clear, data-driven solutions for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications for the Senior Sales Manager (Retail Accounts):

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field required.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in U.S. aftermarket or retail sales, with direct ownership of major retail accounts and retailer-led pricing negotiations.
  • Commercial Expertise: Demonstrated success leading meaningful price increases and managing high-stakes commercial negotiations within complex customer environments.
  • Organizational Exposure: Experience operating within cross-border or matrixed organizations, balancing global priorities with local execution.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong commercial judgment, clear communication, and a data-driven approach to balancing financial targets, customer relationships, and team execution.
