Job Overview – Senior Recruiter (Remote):
Atlantic Group is hiring a Senior Recruiter (Remote) for our client. This contract role is ideal for an experienced recruiter with expertise in full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, and hiring for technical and business operations roles. You will develop hiring strategies, partner with key stakeholders, and lead recruitment initiatives to attract top-tier professionals. This is a remote position, but candidates must be based in Mountain or Central Time Zones.
Compensation: $65/hour
Location: Remote Role (Must be based in Mountain or Central Time Zones)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Remote)
Responsibilities as the Senior Recruiter:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage hiring across Business Operations, GTM, Corporate Functions, and Business Technology.
- Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop external hiring and internal mobility strategies to fill talent gaps.
- Market & Workforce Analysis: Stay ahead of hiring trends across multiple markets and promote diversity.
- Hiring Advisory: Guide managers on best practices, role scoping, and objective decision-making.
- Recruiting Metrics & Optimization: Use data-driven insights to refine processes and ensure efficiency.
- Talent Sourcing: Engage top candidates through strategic sourcing, networks, and recruitment tools.
Qualifications for the Senior Recruiter:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, successfully hiring technical and non-technical talent in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting platforms, and sourcing tools.
- Skills & Attributes: Highly adaptable, strategic, and results-driven, with a proactive approach to talent acquisition and strong stakeholder management.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of corporate hiring, technology recruiting, and business operations talent landscapes.
