Job Overview – Senior Project Manager (High-Rise Multifamily):
Compensation: $200,000 – $250,000/year + bonus
Location: Philadelphia, PA

Lead large high-rise multifamily construction projects as a Senior Project Manager with our client in Philadelphia, PA. You will oversee developments from pre-construction to closeout, managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships while coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and ownership groups. This role is ideal for experienced construction leaders with a proven track record in high-rise multifamily, office, or hospitality projects.

Responsibilities as the Senior Project Manager:

  • Project Leadership: Oversee all phases of high-rise construction from pre-construction through final turnover.
  • Budget & Cost Control: Manage budgets, contracts, forecasts, and financial performance.
  • Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors to drive accountability and results.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Serve as the primary liaison with clients, architects, engineers, and ownership groups.
  • Contract Administration: Negotiate contracts, manage change orders, and ensure compliance with project terms.

Qualifications for the Senior Project Manager:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field required.
  • Experience: 10+ years in construction management, including 7+ years leading high-rise commercial or multifamily projects, with office tower and hospitality experience strongly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in construction management software (Procore, CMiC), scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project), and Microsoft Office.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of high-rise structural systems, building codes, safety regulations, and urban development processes.
  • Skills & Attributes: Resourceful leader with strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, adept at building client relationships and guiding teams under pressure.
