Role Overview – Senior Project Management Associate:
Our client, a premier global investment firm, is seeking a Senior Project Management Associate to join the Transformation Office, enabling strategic growth through solution delivery. Supporting a lean, high-impact team, the ideal candidate will gather business requirements, design functional solutions, translate needs into technical specifications, configure platforms, and promote excellence through process upgrades and technology integration.
Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000.00 + bonus
Location: Boston, Massachusetts
Responsibilities for the Senior Associate include:
- Performing requirements gathering and analysis
- Designing CRM, execution system solutions
- Translating business needs into technical direction
- Enabling software testing and validation
- Researching process gaps and documenting policies
- Building project plans and schedules
- Coordinating across stakeholders and development teams
Qualifications of the Senior Associate include:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years in project management or process engineering
- Demonstrated SDLC and solutions delivery experience
- Leadership mindset with sound judgment
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Passion for operational transformation
- Must have Strong SQL experience.
- Must have experience working on the implementation and integration of trading/order management systems
